Your Role: Build, Foster, and Elevate Partnerships ✨

As a Sales Associate, you will focus on onboarding premium brands and ensuring their success on the LaFetch platform while cultivating strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Onboarding:
   • Scout and onboard premium, like-minded brands aligned with LaFetch’s vision.
   • Drive seamless onboarding processes and represent LaFetch as the ultimate platform for homegrown labels.
   • Be on top with market trends, upcoming brands and evolution of fashion e-commerce space.
2. Relationship Management:
   • Serve as a trusted partner to brands, fostering meaningful and long-lasting collaborations.
   • Provide ongoing support and strategies to ensure partner success on our platform.
3. Negotiation:
   • Lead discussions to finalize collaboration terms that are mutually beneficial.
   • Ensure all agreements reflect LaFetch’s standards and brand expectations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales, brand partnerships, or client management (e-commerce experience is a plus).
• Core Skills:
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
